Hi there, very interested in coming to your bootcamp in Covent Garden on June 23/24. I may have already sent an email, but not sure if it sent. Please can you let me know if there are spaces still available. Best wishes, Nick Green

    Hi Monique,

We are launching a children’s book in January 2013 and we would love for you to have a read of it and provide us with a short quotation or patronage, which we could put on the book cover.

The book is called “Granny Marmalade and Uncle Tractor” and is based on two real people – the author Julian Warrender (Granny Marmalade) and her son Jamie (Uncle Tractor). The book follows both characters’ lives month-by-month as they work on a farm, producing crops, harvesting and cooking. It also features recipes for different jams and marmalades, as well as a sing-along song that parents can download.

We hope to educate children about the process of farming and food production and where their food comes from; a topic that is becoming increasingly more important.

Do you have a direct email address so I can send you the book?

I hope to hear from you soon,

    Kind regards,

    Ben Rose

Hello Ben, thanks for your note and preview copy which I have now read and thought was beguiling. Love the recipe for ‘almost marmalade’ to prep young taste buds for the real thing! I’d be delighted to provide you with a short quotation via email. Best, Monique PS: nice to see Rose Prince in the Telegraph Magazine’s Christmas edition recommend Ouse Valley Food’s apple & Calvados jelly with roast loin of pork
